- No smoking allowed. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Minimum renter age: 25 years.

- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced.
- No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in the property.
- Violation of any noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.

Fees and Payments
- The Seville Golf and Country Club amenities require the purchase of a membership and are not included in the vacation rental.
- The home has a private heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $65 per day (available as of October 1, 2024).
- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan is included in the reservation, covering up to $3,000 in accidental damage or loss. This does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
- For stays over 30 nights, an electricity cap applies as stated in the rental agreement.
